Thank You...Again

This has been the best week yet since I started my blog. I had been struggling with finding some balance. I have to admit that if someone had told me how much time a blog took I would never have started one. Ignorance is bliss and I was extremely ignorant. I was barely hanging on by my finger nails, full of doubt, when we got a break in the weather. I was able to get my front porch put together along with a decent post. I joined linky party after linky party.  Then three amazing things happened.

My front porch post was featured by Kate at Centsational Girl. I found her linky party almost by accident and was lucky enough to have a post to enter. If her party had been the week before I would have been out of luck. A very warm and sincere THANK YOU to Kate for giving my blog a much-needed boost.

The next day I got an email from Brenda at Cozy Little House. She was so sweet. She warmly welcomed me to the blogging community and my front porch was featured on her blog. I didn't even know about Welcome Wagon Friday. I think what she does every week by featuring new bloggers is wonderful and so generous. THANK YOU to Brenda as well.

I've often heard that good things come in threes. Just when I was feeling overwhelmed by blogland Melissa from Melissa's Heart and Home featured a picture of my living room that I had posted a few weeks ago. I'm not sure how she found me but I am so grateful that she did.  To Melissa...thank you.

I needed reminded why I started blogging in the first place. The blogging community was there for me when I was ready to throw in the towel...so to speak. I want to thank every one for your comments and good thoughts...for your patience...and last but not least, your acceptance.
